Gregory Tyrrell

COO

After 7 plus years in Finance and Management roles at SEI Investments Company, Greg joined the family agency in 2017. Greg runs the day to day Pennsylvania and New Jersey operations for TS. After receiving his title agent license in 2017, Greg learned quickly that prompt and professional service are what can set TS apart from the competition! Today, Greg manages our 8 employees and ensures that service levels remain TS’s top priority. Greg resides in Newtown Square with his wife Sarah and their three boys. Greg is an avid golfer and Philadelphia sports fan. Go Birds!

Jennifer Fox

In House Attorney, Maryland COO

Jennifer Tyrrell Fox joined her family at the TS Team in January 2021, following a 13 year career in litigation. After attending Maryland Law, Jen was ultimately promoted to Partner at the Baltimore law firm of Blades & Rosenfeld, PA. Jen runs the day to day Maryland operations for the TS Executive Maryland branch located in Timonium, Maryland. In addition to handling our Maryland closings, Jen is known for offering sound legal advice to the staff and clients at all of our locations, which helps navigate even the most difficult of residential or commercial transactions. Jen resides in Mt Washington with her husband Michael and 3 children. In her free time, Jen can be found cheering on her children or her alma mater the Hokies.

Lori Adamek

Settlement Officer

After 8 years of business manager/ administrative roles, Lori joined team TS in 2020! Over the last 4 years Lori has grown into her role as a closer and always makes her clients a top priority. Lori lives in Aston with her Husband Shawn, their two children and two Grandsons. Lori likes art and painting and hanging out with her family.

Pat Sadler

Settlement Officer

Pat has been in the title business for 49 years! Pat’s experiences include production plant work for major title insurance underwriter, Risk/Fraud management supervisory position, conveyancing, settlement officer, post-closing supervisor, business owner…to name a few. Pat started doing closings and never stopped. In 2003, Pat and Donna Tyrrell started TS Executive Abstract and in 2017 Pat handed over the ownership reins to Greg Tyrrell. Pat is still involved in the day to day operations at TS. Pat and her husband Bill like to refurbish antique furniture. Pat enjoys going to the mountains with her family.

Deb Bonacquisti

Conveyancer / Order Processor

Deb Bonacquisti began working at TS Executive Abstract in March of 2021. She is our conveyancer and order processor. Deb has almost 10 years’ experience in the title and real estate industry.

Judy McLaughlin

I have been in administration for most of my career working at CINTAS, Specialty Air Freight, and a couple of other companies, with some time off in between to raise 3 wonderful kiddos (now adults). I’ve had the pleasure of working here at TS Executive Abstract with Joe, Donna, Greg and Jennifer for almost three years now… It’s been a great learning experience for me. We like to keep it interesting here… When I’m not working, you can find me Instagram @my_paintedrabbit where I share painting, crafts, and DIY… Judy resides in Aston with her husband of 34 years…

Cherise Koslop

Cherise joined the TS Team in 2019, new to the Real Estate industry. She has since learned the process from order entry to post closing. Cherise spent the last two years running our Ultimate Settlement Solutions operation where she was responsible for all title activity for the agency. The experience gained was quite valuable. Cherise now adds value to the TS Executive operation. Cherise is currently a Settlement Officer and Notary. Our customers appreciate Cherise’s work ethic. In Cherise’s free time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Autumn Neube

Settlement Officer USS

Autumn Neube joined Ultimate Settlement Solutions team in 2021. After 13 years as a teacher, Autumn decided to start a new career in real estate. She started as a mobile notary performing Real Estate closing for various title companies and agents in the Philadelphia region. A year later she became a Title Clerk and now a Settlement Officer for Ultimate. Autumn enjoys being a Mom to her two children. She also has a passion for singing at local events, studios and churches.

I officially joined the TS team in MD in November of 2023. Prior to joining this team I was working on the lender side of the business for 10 years. When I am not working and learning the title part of the business you can find me at the gym or spending time with my husband, 18 year old stepson, and my 3 year old son. I am very excited to learn and grow with the TS team!

Donna Tyrrell

Donna has been in title for 25 years. Donna and Pat Sadler started TS Executive in 2003 after 5 years experience with a very busy title agency in Delaware County. Donna spent many years running our title agency wearing many hats i.e. closer, bookkeeper, banker, conveyancer, post-closing expert, supervisor, trainer, etc. Today Donna is our CFO and a great resource for our people. Donna’s passion resides with her kids and greatly enjoys the satisfaction of working with Jen and Greg and being a major contributor to the success of TS. Donna has 3 children and 8 grandchildren and cherishes every moment with them. Donna enjoys her time with her lifelong friends and her friends in Sea Isle.

Joe Tyrrell

After 32 years in corporate sales and marketing roles Joe decided to join the family title agency in 2018. Joe is responsible for marketing and business development for TS. Joe quickly learned the title business while doing out of office closings for Donna and Pat in the early years. Today Joe enjoys growing Team TS along with Donna, Greg and Jennifer. Joe and Donna have 3 kids and 8 grandchildren. You might catch Joe at Main Line Fitness, playing golf at Penn Oaks or swimming in the bay in Sea Isle.
